It can be the way they transfer; it can be the cushion of a wheelchair; it can be the positioning of a person in a wheelchair, it can be the way they position themselves in a wheelchair in the bed.  People that slide a lot in a wheelchair, or slide in the bed with the draw-sheets that are being moved that way, that’s sheering, that can cause future complications down the road.
