Adjustment takes time, it’s not all going to happen by the discharge from acute rehabilitation, it’s not going to happen in the first year.  It’s a process, it occurs over time, and the journey is every…more important than the end destination.  None of us knows where we’re going to end up in our life, it’s enjoying the twists and turns of fate, and realizing that it’s going to take a while to figure out what good might come of this major disruption in my life.
